• Orders within Dhaka City are expected to be delivered within 3–5 days.
• Orders outside Dhaka City are expected to be delivered within 7–10 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RDL’s total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order, and none of RDL, OSPL or any of OSPL’s group companies shall be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
